Cleaning throughout the house:
- De-cobweb high places and corners
- Dust construction dust off walls
- Wipe windowsills, baseboards, heat registers
- Vacuum out heat registers and floor ducts
- Wipe light switches, woodwork as needed
- Clean mirrors, shine any other glass
- Wipe tops of light bulbs, clean light fixtures, vacuum lampshades
- Vacuum, mop, and towel dry the floors
- Vacuum and clean window wells as needed
- Dust furniture and other flat surface
Cleaning in bedrooms
- Vacuum inside closet if accessible
- Vacuum mattresses, bed frames, under the bed(s)
- Vacuum inside dresser drawers
- Straighten beds, plump and fluff (in the case of renovation)
Cleaning the kitchen: in the cases of house renovation
- Shine the fronts of ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators
- Clean interior and exterior of microwaves and toaster ovens
- Clean tables and chairs
- Disinfect countertops and backsplash
- Wipe out the insides of all cabinets and drawers, as well as the cabinet fronts
- Clean and polish sinks and plumbing fixtures
Cleaning in bathrooms
- Shine tub and shower surrounds or tiles
- Disinfect toilets inside and out, as well as adjacent walls
- Clean exposed vanity lights
- Clean mirrors
- Disinfect vanity tops and backsplash
- Wipe out the insides of the vanity cabinets and drawers, wipe down the vanity fronts
- Clean and polish sinks
- Shine chrome fixtures
